ceskOOkolo is unique because it is not a one time thing. You can do a loop every year and then start again because you will already miss the first one. Or it can be a long term project with your kids and friends as you will be doing a part of a loop every year while building memories for life.
Challenging...
Regular stages are designed to be challenging. Sometimes they can get around 100 km a day if trains are not used. Not only because there is a lot of distance to cover but also because we want it to be a great achievement, a once in a lifetime experience. When possible regular stages have mixed terrain including minor asphalt roads, gravel and forest roads. They are suitable for e-bikes | touring | XC mtb | gravel. Road bikes have a dedicated routes

We created also shorter variants with the aid of local trains on easier terrain so every kind of cyclist can fit in and enjoy a great adventure. Also, Czechia is hilly so occasional riders can use an e-bike to fully enjoy the trip. Each stage has very detailed info that will lead cyclists throghout the ride so even the less adventurous can travel with peace of mind.
Flexibile and Indipendent
We want to inspire you to get your bike and start traveling every corner of your country. We want to help you doing that with a free website where you can find all the info to plan your trip and also with maps and GPSs to guide you along the road. But it is a self guided trip so you can do what is best for you.
You can do the whole tour or just ride a part of it choosing the stages they prefer and getting there by car or train. It could be even a multi year project!

In every stage, you can collect a checkpoint stamp that could be hidden in a geocache or to be found in a coffee shop, restaurant etc. Stamps will be collected on a specifically designed booklet that can be bought and picked at BIKO store or can be shipped at their home. Completing a loop or both of them will allow you riders to access the Hall of fame on ceskOOkolo website and win a gadget donated by the sponsors.
